The Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) course has been designed to meet the needs of site supervisors within the construction industry.
This course is for first line managers – those who have to, or are about to, acquire supervisory responsibilities. The course aims to highlight the need for risk assessment in the workplace, implementation of the necessary control measures and adequate communication and monitoring in order to provide and maintain positive standards of health, safety and welfare on a construction site.
The course is an ideal lead in for delegates who will go on to attend the 5 day CITB Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) at a later stage of their career development.

CITB (SSSTS) – Refresher Courses: The SSSTS Refresher course is one of the newer additions to the Site Safety Plus range of courses. It is a 1 day course and is aimed at delegates who have previously passed the 2 day SSSTS course (Supervisor’s Safety Training Scheme) and can provide proof of attendance.

CITB (SMSTS) – Refresher Courses: The SMSTS Refresher course is a 2 day site management training course for delegates who have previously passed the full 5 day Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) course and can provide proof of attendance (The 5 day SMSTS training course is a CITB course specifically aimed at site managers and SMSTS certificates are valid for 5 years).

CITB (SEATS) – Site Environmental Awareness Training: The CITB Site Environmental Awareness Training Course is a one day training course, which is a new part of CITB ConstructionSkills Site Safety Plus range of training courses delivered through a network of CITB accredited training providers.
The SEATS training course will provide delegates with an introduction to environmental issues on construction sites. The course has been designed to provide the basic environmental knowledge that sub-contractors are required to know and demonstrate to major contractors. It will include the environmental aspects of the new Health, Safety and Environment touch screen test.

The CITB Directors Role for Health and Safety training course is suitable for all directors and senior members of management.
Course delivery is throughout the UK, either as open courses or as dedicated courses on customers’ own sites. This one day training course gives candidates an understanding of their responsibilities and the implications of decisions made by senior management. This course focuses on the promotion of a positive health and safety culture within the workplace and is ideal for directors who want to reinforce their understanding and commitment to health and safety management.
Candidates will need to successfully pass a multiple-choice assessment at the end of the course and will achieve a CITB accredited certificate which is valid for five years.

Our standard payment terms are that payment is taken at booking unless otherwise stated. If a credit agreement has been previously agreed, the payment needs to be made 30 days from the date of invoice or prior to the course start date, whichever is sooner. Invoices not paid within stated terms will accrue a late payment fee/ charge of 3% per week , until the balance is is settled in full .
Our standard credit terms for account customers are 30 days from the date of invoice. Please contact our office if you wish to set up a credit account with us.
Bookings may be made by email, via Bespoke Health and Safety website or by letter or phone. Telephone bookings must be confirmed in writing upon request. Please quote purchase order numbers where applicable.
Should circumstances mean that you need to transfer to another course, the following charges will apply, dependent on notice given:
All transfers must be taken within a period of two months from the original date.
Should circumstances mean that you have to cancel your course or training event and are unable to transfer your booking to another date at the time of cancellation, the following charges will apply:
NB Cancellation must be made in writing and received by Bespoke health and safety Ltd.
If you do not attend a course, and you have not previously informed us, the full course fee remains payable.
If you arrive late for a course or are absent from any session, we reserve the right to refuse to accept you for training if we feel you will gain insufficient knowledge or skill in the time remaining. In all such cases, the full course fee remains payable. To conform with requirements for statutory certificates, attendance at all sessions is mandatory.
On occasion, unforeseen circumstances may require us to cancel a course. In such circumstances you will be given as much notice as possible and either a free transfer to another course date or a full refund of fees paid.
If a delegates contracts COVID 19 they will transferred to next available course .
To be eligible to attend an Requalification course, students must present a valid certificate from previous courses attended.
It is the employer’s responsibility to ensure that students are able to Read and Write English and are free from any condition which would affect their capability to undertake their chosen course, and that they have the aptitude to cope with an intensive course of study. We welcome students with disabilities but it remains their employer’s responsibility to ensure that they are appropriately supported in their workplace.
Bespoke Health and Safety ltd would welcome in advance, for setup purposes, notification of any assistance that a student is likely to need during the running of the course.
If it is felt that the student doesn’t meet the learning outcomes of the course and or assessment process and is referred, they will be offered a free assessment. Any further training or coaching over and above that provided on the course may be charged for.
All information that we hold concerning you will be held and processed by Bespoke Health and Safety Ltd strictly in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act and GDPR.
Such data will be used by the organisation to administer our relationship with you as a customer. We reserve the right to share information with accredited course providers. We will not, without your consent, supply your name and addresses to any [other] third parties except where (1) such transfer is a necessary part of the activities that we undertake, or (2) we are required to do so by operation of law.
